As an experienced specialised support coordinator, I guide you through your plan to assist and support you towards achieving your NDIS goals.  

I use my clinical skills to provide targeted support in conjunction with guiding you through your plan to achieve your NDIS goals.

Tailored Options support participants of complex nature and assist and support individuals to minimise and/or manage complex behaviours through implementation of strategy planning with the use of clinical skills and collaboration of all stakeholders including the participant, families, guardians and advocate . 

Tailored Options can help you through your plan no matter where you're at and can help you through:

- Guiding you through the process in identifying your NDIS goals and selecting specific supports to your needs

- Assist with budgeting and monitoring of each support and service agreements

- discuss in home supports, SIL, STA, MTA, ILO and other housing options if required

- Navigating through your plan for the duration with approved NDIS funding

- Provide knowledge and understanding your plan and the best way to utilise your plan and supports.

Specialised support coordination  assists participants with the use of clinical skills to achieve their NDIS goals with the assistance of participants and their families, advocates or guardians and the decisions they make for themselves in accessing individual tailored supports to their needs.
